Attempting to Contain Myself

I'm way behind on posting, and still have a week in California to recap, but first: last week (errr, or week before last?) I went to make a few innocent returns to The Container Store (aka The Happiest Place on Earth) and, predictably, got swept up in their annual 30% off Elfa organization systems sale. One day, we would really like to fit our entire laundry/pantry closet with awesome shelving, but I decided that a door organizer was something I could tackle on my own right now and that our budget would allow for. Baby steps right? It really was as simple as 1, 2, 3 ...

Yes, those are Spaghettios on the top shelf. Because occasionally I like to eat them, in secret, for dinner. Especially now that I am unemployed and they are $1 a can. Don't judge! And if you do, blame it on law school ... as a 1L I was so stressed out that I subsisted mainly on Chef Boyardee, tater tots and macaroni and cheese to comfort myself from crippling self-doubt. Also, try to ignore the half shot of the rest of our chaotic pantry/laundry closet. Like I said, baby steps.
